San Cristobal de las Casas (Part. 2)

Everytime I go to a new place I like to walk around and find beautiful things, even though I'm not an active persone in my regular life I like to push myself to do this because you never know what you can find and everything it would be worth it. This trip wasn't the exception, we walk almost all day (until my feet hurt) and even though I was about of breath I didn't care.
After the food's market (San Cristobal de las Casa Part.1) we went to a craft's market too, we got lost there with all the beautiful things around. It was placed at the foot of the main cathedral of the city.
In the culinary part of this trip I was not surprise, the food was good but nothing that is worth to talk about; But the places are AMAZING! People really like to have a great presentation of their business here, Picture perfect places for phothographers in one sentence.
This is the last part of our weekend trip and I can't wait to go back and bring A LOT more of pictures! Until then...

Last month my husband and I took a weekend trip to San Cristobal de las Casas, CHIAPAS in the south of Mexico. It's a place full of culture and amazing photography; Everywhere we went there was a right place to stay for a couple of minutes and take a lot of pictures.
What I loved about this place is that people is really kind and friendly, there's a good vibe on everyone and that's what I need it, SO BAD.
We stayed at the first hotel we saw and it was lovely. "Arrecife de Coral" is not a common name for a cold place but we fell in love about everything in that hotel. They had amazing relaxing places in the comunal yard, like a kiosk (not shown in the pictures) in the middle of the hotel & an amazing café at the check-in building.
The first day we went to the local food & crafts markets and we had a blast there! Everything could be found there, from a single needle to a big  work of art. We bought a few things for our friends & family too.
What I wore that day was extremely comfortable (actually I have that trech coat since I was 14 y/o) because we were going to walk all day long; Also the weather was AMAZING! I wish I could live in a cold place like that!

city rush

Even though I'm a (working from home) mom I do have some "serious business" clothes in my closet and that's because I'm constanly on meetings since I started working as a network content creator.
I love the feeling of a city in a rush! That's why I would love to live in NY; Takings cabs to anywhere, having breakfast/lunch/dinner at fancy restaurants and basically using my home as a hotel....Oh what a dream!
Sometimes I'm all day going from meetings to personal engagements, eating outside with the hubs and what not and I feel empowered to do all my pendings for the entire week...thats how much I NEED that rush! Is just part of me.
What about you? What makes you feel empowered? What inspire you to go on?

Golden Hour

ZARA: Shorts/Platforms  -  BCBG: Blouse  -  ASOS: Glasses  -  MK: Silver watch

When it comes to my favorite part of the day all I can say is this golden hour;  it may change every now and then (with time zones) but the feeling of this amazing event to happen everyday is pretty darn good, Well at least for me it is. Most of the things I like to do is when the sun goes down, maybe because where I live is extremely hot and at night it's kind of cooler, IDK! All I know is that this golden sunshine makes me feel happy and empowered, like nothing can't stop me and what a better way to finish the day.
Have a great week!
